A new album from the Altius Quartet will be released on July 26. It includes my string quartet "The Present Moment."This piece was commissioned by Dan Kepl, artistic director of the Santa Barbara Chamber Music Festival, for the 2005 festival.

I'm recording at UCLA tomorrow, July 19, with Grammy-winning pianist Gloria Cheng. Stay tuned for more details!
